Seawind in Gulf Shores offers twenty floors of luxuriously appointed condominium units, all directly on the Gulf of Mexico. This magnificent tower is accompanied by a quaint, six-story sister building with expansive suites overlooking the gulf. Beach service is available upon request with a fee - includes 2 beach chairs and umbrella setup. Complimentary high speed internet available in unit. Situated on this site is a large state-of-the-art fitness center. Seawind features a heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool, a zero entry kiddie pool with a fountain for kids, a sauna, barbecue area, and more. Seawind is located in the heart of Gulf Shores, within walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. Please check-in at 3145 Gulf Shores Parkway, Gulf Shores, Alabama. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Please note Office hours are Mon-Sun 8am-5pm. Please note that a USD 110.72 cleaning fee will be collected at check-in. Check-in is 3pm. Check-out is 10am. Check-in at 3145 Glf Shrs Pkwy. Guests must be 25 or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 are prohibited unless accompanied by parent/legal guardian.
