Gulf Shores Plantation is a family-oriented beachside resort located thirteen miles west of Gulf Shores on the largely non-commercialized Fort Morgan peninsula. Property amenities include six outdoor pools, an indoor pool, seven lighted and one unlighted tennis court, lighted recreation area featuring basketball and shuffleboard courts and horseshoe pits, saunas, hot tubs and steam rooms, an exercise room, and thousands of feet of pristine beach. The Plantation is located directly adjacent award-winning Kiva Dunes Golf Course with Peninsula Golf Course located just five miles away. RENTAL POLICY - Must be 25 years old, NO PETS; CLEANING FEES - 1BD @ $59, 2BD @ $69 plus tax (paid upon check in); RESORT FEE - 5% of booking amount plus tax (paid upon check in); RESERVATION FEE - $35 (paid at time of booking). The check-in office is located at: 805 Plantation Road, Gulf Shores, AL, 36542. Check-in is onsite at the MHI Registration Center. Hours vary seasonally. Turn RIGHT onto SORRENTO RD / FL-292. Continue to follow FL-292 (Crossing into ALABAMA). 8. FL-292 becomes AL-182. 9. Turn RIGHT onto AL-135. 10. Turn LEFT onto AL-180 W / FORT MORGAN RD. Continue to follow AL-180 W. 11. Turn LEFT onto PLANTATION RD. 12. Turn LEFT to stay on PLANTATION RD. 13.
